Collings' CJ-45T is not a simple update to the standard CJ but a fully reimagined slope-shoulder dreadnought built around wartime-era construction methods and voicing principles. The flat back, wartime scalloped X-brace, full C-profile neck carve, and short scale make it a natural fit for oldtime, country, and vocal accompaniment work. Solid Sitka spruce top, solid Honduran mahogany back and sides, in a high gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish. Comes with a deluxe original hardshell case. Handmade in Austin, Texas. On consignment.
