Securely Package Your Item
Carefully pack the instrument in its original shipping carton with all original accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our shop.
Ship the Return
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier, ensuring the shipment is fully insured for its retail value.
Inspection and Refund
Once our expert technicians inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
