The 2013 Martin HD-28 is made with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides. Finished in natural gloss with a nitro-cellulose lacquer. It features scalloped X-bracing with herringbone top purfling on the double bound dreadnought body. Ebony bridge with compensated saddle. The mahogany neck has an ebony fretboard with pearl dot inlays. Further appointments include the 'style 28' multi-ring rosette, zig-zag back strip, a tortoise plastic pickguard, and Grover Rotomatic tuners. Includes the original hard shell case. Made in USA.
